Low growing, creeping evergreen with arching shoots covered with red bristles. Shallowly lobed, deeply veined, mid to dark green leaves, greyish white felted underneath. White flowers in July.
Any soil in sun or shade. Very shade tolerant.
By layering or separating self-rooted stems.
Good robust groundcover for difficult spots including banks and shade.
